To ensure our future leaders are prepared to lead our International Hotels we offer the highest volume of opportunities in our Operational Departments - Rooms and Food & Beverage. This enables you to work and develop your leadership skills, by working alongside our largest hotel teams.

THE VOYAGE APPLICATION JOURNEY
1. APPLICATION
Apply for Voyage on this page. Once you have passed the management assessment and video interview, we will reach out to understand your preferences for location and department.
2. VIRTUAL VIDEO INTERVIEW
Be yourself, and this is where we learn about your reasons for applying.
3. MANAGEMENT ASSESSMENT
Complete the assessment that all our managers have to take against our management core competencies.
4. VIRTUAL OR IN PERSON DISCOVERY DAY
Complete the different activities with other candidates while our hotels and senior leaders get to know you for the first time.
5. FINAL ON-PROPERTY INTERVIEW
After you have successfully passed the Voyage Discovery Day, you will have a final conversation with the hotel you are matched with to make sure it's a good fit for you and them.
